I Spent Years In A Bubble…I Needed This Master Series!

I spent years in a bubble completely unaware of the extreme necessity of networking to make it in any career field. I honestly believed I could do every single solitary thing myself. That is why today I have a very wide range of skillsets in so many areas. I taught myself everything in every area so that I could do it all myself and say, “Look at me! I did it all by myself!” “Yea, that’s great, Rob.” “Good work.”

Now, the issue is that you spent years learning skill sets that you don’t need. Photoshop, Pro Tools, Premiere, equipment, website development, branding, entrepreneurship, song writing and tons of other areas. I’ve released over 500 videos on YouTube, written songs for big name music artists, been interviewed by TMZ and MSNBC and had featured articles about me on the Huffington Post. The list goes on and on and on, yet, I’m still working to ‘make it’ in one specific area because I focused too much in other areas. These other skill sets are great to know and help but you don’t need them. What you need, is to focus on your primary goals so you can make it.

So how do you save all that time and energy, so you can focus on the main goal and make it? Well, you find other people who already spent years of their life perfecting other, necessary skills, so you don’t have to spend years of your life doing the same. I spent a year of my life learning all about cameras, how to shoot video, lighting, angles, script writing etc., but I don’t need that. I could have just networked and found someone else who can do that and is way better at it, so I don’t have to worry about spending time learning it myself.

More importantly, if I do want to learn the process, I can learn from someone who is a professional in my network and my learning curve will be cut in half because someone who already made all of the mistakes I could make can guide me, so I don’t make them. There are so many advantages to building a network. Let’s look at more examples in life of things that save you money and time because you know a professional in an area.

Your Taxes

Do you know how complicated it is to do taxes the right way? Learning all the tricks and tips that will save you money and what to do next time, so you save even more money? Sure, you may only pay the guy at H&R Block $200 to do your taxes but his knowledge could save you thousands of dollars on your tax return. Now, if you own four businesses like I do, you are paying more money to a certified public accountant (CPA) and they are saving you loads of money because they show you what you can write-off on taxes and the legal loopholes that you need to know as a business owner. The more money I can invest back into my business, the faster my business grows. The faster one business grows and makes money, the faster I can invest in my other businesses, so that they grow and faster I can establish other businesses and make even more money. I’ll probably own more than 20 businesses that are all profiting in the next 10 years. I’ll need a lot of accountants : P

Going To Court

A lawyer is in school for a very long time to understand the ins and outs of laws and potentially find loopholes to either save you (if they are on your side) or screw you (if they are against you). Lawyers can be incredibly expensive, and their time is extremely valuable. I’ve witnessed a lot of friends complain about their lawyer saying, “My lawyer charged me for another 15 minutes, F***!” Because lawyers charge for every 15 minutes of their time, even if you only talk to them for a few minutes. If their hourly rate is hundreds of dollars, you can easily imagine paying $100 just to talk to someone for 15 minutes. This is why they go to school for so long. Law is valuable. I personally get free legal advice from big name lawyers. Why? Because I established a relationship with one years ago and I kept that relationship alive using the tricks I teach you in this course.

A month ago, I needed a contract read and changed accordingly to suit my needs. Usually, it would have cost me $500 for his time that day but instead he made the contract for me and changed everything, so I wouldn’t get screwed. I can hit him up anytime and get legal advice all because he is a good friend, who I have made sure to stay in contact with.

Going To The Doctor

You may get sick sometimes and you have to go to a doctor. Sure, you can check WebMD, but that just makes you feel even more sick and afraid that you do need to go to a doctor, ha-ha!. These people spend years of their life in school before they become a doctor. They see diseases, dissect them and understand how things react with other things in the human body so that they can make proper diagnoses and save your life. If I wanted to learn about everything a doctor knows just to be safe and make sure I can diagnose myself I would spend even more time learning the practice. That’d be insane for me to do when it’s not my primary goal. Instead, we pay a doctor a lot of money for his valuable knowledge. What I’m saying is at the end of the day, we are valuable to other people because of the things we know and the people we know that are of value in certain areas.

If you can focus solely on your area of expertise instead of spending time learning random areas, you then become the doctor of that profession and can sell your skills to others. You can pay others for their expertise or build a relationship with them so that they will provide you with the information you need for cheaper or even free in your time of need. More importantly, in any industry, if you know someone, it helps you get connected faster. People can put in a good word about you, they can recommend you for certain jobs or projects or even just introduce you to the next connection who will connect with who you need to be in connection with.

It’s extremely powerful!
