Your Overall Style

Your overall style will include almost everything we discuss in the following lessons, combined into what is known as “Your Style“.

Over time, your style will grow, and you’ll start to naturally hone it into a completely unique style that’s all your own. As long as you aren’t listening to one specific rapper every single day, you’ll be able to break away and create a completely a unique sound.

I don’t listen to any other artist’s music on a regular basis because I don’t want their style to start bleeding into mine through mirror neurons (i.e. where we mimic what we see or hear).
