Call Sheets

What is a call sheet?

A call sheet is one sheet of paper that has the names of the people and crew members coming to the shoot, the locations you’re shooting at, times you’re shooting, and other important information. Email it to everyone involved at least two days before your shoot. Copy and paste this template below and fill in the information as it applies to your shoot. Best idea after you’ve filled it out is to save it as a PDF file before you send it to everyone. PDF’s can be read by all kinds of computers without conversion problems. A “call time” is the time people need to be there.
