Wake Up A Better Rapper Trick

  1.  Install an alarm clock app on your phone that you can set to play music when you wake up. There are a bunch of alarm clocks in the iOS and Android store that are free to download.
  2. Set the alarm clock app to wake up to an instrumental (instead of the tones included in the app).
  3. Nod your head to the instrumental for one minute as soon as you open your eyes.
  4. Make sure to nod your head to 1/4 beats 1/2 beats and 1/8 beats in this practice.

I personally use ‘Xtreme Alarm Clock’ on my phone. It forces me to solve math problems every day when I wake up. This way my brain is already running before I have even had my first thoughts.
